What we can do for you :

1. Pre-sales service: Full day service: 7*24 hours of counseling service: offering the most effective and fastest service to resolve any problems for customers.

After-sale service :

1. Arrange on-site engineers for supervising installation, arrange commissioning training for free, and train operators in safety and technology aspects.

2. Establish the service file management system, follow up and communicate with users in time, pay a return visit by e-mail at least once a month, and monitor customer' start up, maintenance and management.

3. Warranty period: the warranty period shall be 18 months after the delivery of the equipment or 12 months after the equipment is put into operation.

4. After the warranty period, our equipment is with product lifetime service; Only travel expenses and salary is charged for maintaining cost.
